Payments Accepted





Shipping Policy


Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. You will be notified by email when your order has been processed and shipped out. At that time you will also receive the tracking information. Prolific Watch Company purchases are shipped using USPS Mail. If USPS Priority Service is selected, transit time is 2 - 3 business days for US domestic orders. Most small accessories are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.




Refunds


You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
Products must be in the condition you received them.

We will provide you with a prepaid return label when you contact us to initiate the return. If the purchaser chooses to ship the item, he/she is responsible for the return shipping which must include a tracking number and insurance to ensure delivery. Please include your name and order number inside the package.
Once your return is received and inspected by our Customer Care Team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), `your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 14 day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 14 days of purchase.




Quality Guarantee


We want you to wear your Prolific timepiece with pride and peace of mind. We fully believe that you will be elated with your timepiece; if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you will be offered a full refund up to 30 days of receipt. We believe in the quality of our craftsmanship. Our 1 (One) year limited warranty will cover:

  • Internal movement mechanisms
  • Function buttons
  • Crystal
  • Crown & stem
  • Case
For defects covered by our limited warranty, at our choice & cost we will:
  • Have your defective timepiece repaired
  • Replace your timepiece with a timepiece of identical/equal value
  • Offer a full refund in the amount originally paid for the timepiece
